We are highlighting the ECHO 4 ECHO Autism program. This program was developed to ensure a successful launch and support sustainability for every ECHO Autism program.
What is ECHO 4 ECHO Autism?
ECHO 4 ECHO Autism is a virtual learning program intended to support partner ECHO Autism programs through the lifecycle of an ECHO from pre-launch to launch status and to become a strong, sustainable program. Participants in this program can identify and replicate essential components of ECHO 4 ECHO Autism to increase fidelity to the ECHO model for their own program.
Participation in the program is for anyone who leads, coordinates, or supports an ECHO Autism program as a hub team member. Launching a successful ECHO Autism program requires significant planning and preparation. This ECHO supports new and existing hub teams through a discussion of their program, sharing their successes and challenges, and providing recommendations intended to help a program overcome any barriers.
This program is spearheaded by the Executive Director of ECHO Autism and the ECHO Autism team over the departments of strategic initiatives, training, data, coordination, and global expansion. Participants will learn from various topics covering goal setting, gaining buy-in form stakeholders, roles, marketing, data and building your community. This ECHO meets monthly for 75-minutes and is attended by ECHO Autism partners all over the world.
