ECHO Autism Communities is a partner superhub with Project ECHO. We utilize technology to amplify autism and developmental disabilities best-practice care in rural and underserved areas. Local professionals master complexity through case-based learning and ongoing guided practice to increase access to equitable healthcare, education, and community supports.

The ECHO Model™ is a revolutionary model that provides training and mentorship through case-based mentoring to geographically dispersed care providers. The ECHO Model™ aims to transform and sustain strong health systems where every person has access to the highest quality health care. In addition, the model uses a virtual community of practice so local providers have the knowledge, confidence, and support of their peers to treat people closer to where they live.

My organization wants to host their own ECHO Autism program for professionals in our area. How much will it cost for us to develop and implement our own ECHO Autism program?
There is no cost associated with becoming a partner with the ECHO Institute or to receive training from ECHO Autism Communities. Costs to develop and implement an ECHO Autism program vary depending on the number of experts who plan to mentor/teach participants, the number of sessions planned and administrative/program coordination, and the level of support desired from ECHO Autism Communities. These topics are discussed during Intro to ECHO Autism, Partner Launch Training, and strategic planning sessions.
